How to use

• Substrate must be clean, structurally sound, and free of contaminants like dust, oil, grease, wax, and loose particles.

• Fill cracks and joints with suitable repair mortar and pre-wet the substrate to a saturated surface dry (SSD) condition.

• Gradually add Part B (powder) into Part A while mixing with a low-speed drill until a homogenous, lump-free slurry is obtained.

• Apply the first coat using a brush, roller, or trowel uniformly at the recommended thickness.

• Allow the first coat to dry for 4-6 hours or as specified.

• Apply the second coat at right angles to the first to ensure full coverage and uniform thickness.

• For heavy-duty applications, a third coat may be applied.

Frequently asked questions

 It is a cementitious waterproofing method combining a specially formulated powder (Part A) with a liquid polymer (Part B). Mixing both creates a flexible, durable, and seamless waterproof barrier for surfaces.​

 Suitable for concrete, masonry, bricks, plaster, pools, basements, terraces, bathrooms, water tanks, and both internal and external walls and floors.

Pour the liquid polymer (Part A) into a clean container and gradually add the powder (Part B) while mechanically stirring. Mix for 3-5 minutes until a lump-free, uniform slurry is achieved.

The mixing ratio for Fixup Ultracoat Plus is 2:1. The mixing ratio varies by product, but common ratios range from 2:1 to 3:1 (liquid polymer to powder by weight). Always follow manufacturer instructions.

Apply using a brush, roller, or trowel in multiple coats—minimum two—at right angles for comprehensive coverage. Ensure the surface is clean and pre-wetted (SSD). Allow proper curing between coats.

 Yes, most modern two-part systems are non-toxic, solvent-free, and safe for contact with potable water.

 Typical touch-dry time is 3–5 hours per coat; full curing is achieved in 7 days. Always confirm with the product’s technical data sheet.

 Yes, most systems bond well to slightly damp (not wet) substrates; avoid standing water when applying.​
