Fixup® RAPIDGRIP X2 is a high-performance, two-component, free-flowing epoxy sealant designed for sealing pipe core-cut openings in concrete slabs and walls.

It effectively prevents water ingress by forming a watertight bond between pipes and concrete.

The self-levelling formulation ensures deep penetration into gaps, making it ideal for both horizontal and vertical applications.

  • Appearance - Free flowing Off-white Paste(Mixed)
  • Ideal for - Pipe core cutting sealing
  • Packing Size - 225 gm, 1.8 kg, 9 Kg

Core Features

Two-Component Epoxy System

Ensures exceptional adhesion and long-lasting durability.

Rapid Strength Development

Gains high strength within 24–48 hours of application.

Moisture & Environment Resistant

Effectively prevents water penetration and withstands harsh conditions.

Self-Levelling & Free-Flowing

Provides complete gap filling with smooth application.

Non-Shrink & Crack Resistant

Maintains dimensional stability for reliable performance.

Versatile Application

Suitable for both horizontal and vertical core cuts.

How to use

• Ensure the area is clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, and loose materials. Roughen the surface for better adhesion if necessary.

• Mix Part A (Resin) and Part B (Hardener) thoroughly as per the recommended ratio until a uniform consistency is achieved.

• Pour the mixed sealant directly into the gap or joint. For vertical applications, use formwork to prevent flow.

• Allow to cure for min. 24 hours for better results.

• Clean tools and spills immediately with an appropriate solvent.

Frequently asked questions

It is a system consisting of resin (Part A) and hardener (Part B). When mixed, it forms a durable, watertight, and high-strength adhesive for sealing gaps, pipe penetrations, cracks, and voids in concrete and masonry.

It seals pipe penetrations in slabs and walls, waterproofs core-cut holes for plumbing or electrical conduits, fills structural cracks, and anchors bolts or rods in construction.

Yes—its free-flow, self-levelling formulation ensures deep penetration and gap filling in both horizontal and vertical applications, although formwork is recommended for vertical pours.

Mix resin and hardener thoroughly according to the recommended weight ratio. Pour immediately into the core hole, gap, or joint and let it cure undisturbed for the specified period.

Initial cure (touch dry) is usually achieved in 4–6 hours, full strength develops in about 24–48 hours, but final chemical resistance is reached after 7 days.

It bonds strongly to concrete, steel, masonry, plastics, and non-ferrous metals. Clean and roughen surfaces for the best adhesion.

Yes—once cured, the sealant forms a watertight, chemical-resistant barrier for demanding applications including below-grade and submerged service

No—quality two-part epoxy sealants are formulated to be non-shrink, crack-resistant, and free of air bubbles when properly mixed and applied.

Most can be applied to slightly damp surfaces, but avoid standing water during application and curing for best results.

Wear gloves, goggles and use proper ventilation. Prevent skin and eye contact and promptly clean spills with suitable solvents before cure.
