Core Features

Enhances Plaster Consistency and Application Ease

Improves the consistency and cohesiveness of plaster, making it easier to mix, spread, level, and finish while ensuring a smooth and uniform application.

Minimizes Plastic Shrinkage Cracks

Reduces the risk of plastic shrinkage by improving water retention and mix stability, helping to prevent hairline cracks during the early stages of curing.

Reduces Water Requirement

Helps achieve the desired workability with less mixing water, resulting in a denser plaster with improved strength and reduced drying time.

Improves Strength and Weather Resistance

Enhances the long-term compressive and bond strength of plaster while improving its resistance to moisture, weathering, and everyday wear and tear.

How to use

• Recommended dosage: 80-100 ml per 50 kg cement bag.
• Add the recommended dosage directly into the mixing water before incorporating into the plaster mix.
• Ensure uniform dispersion by mixing thoroughly for 3-5 minutes.
• Apply the plaster mix using traditional tools or spray application methods.
• Follow standard curing practices to achieve optimum strength and durability.

Frequently asked questions

A plaster admixture is a chemical additive used in cement plaster to improve workability, bonding, strength, and durability.

It makes plaster easier to apply, reduces water requirement, minimizes cracks, and improves the overall quality and durability of the plaster.

Yes. It helps achieve the desired workability with less mixing water, resulting in a stronger and denser plaster.

Yes. It reduces plastic shrinkage and helps minimize the formation of hairline cracks during the curing process.

Yes. It enhances adhesion, helping the plaster bond more effectively to concrete, brick, and block surfaces.

Yes. It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor cement plaster applications.

It is added to the mixing water or directly into the plaster mix as per the recommended dosage and mixed thoroughly before application.

The dosage depends on the product and mix design. Always follow the manufacturer's recommended dosage and conduct site trials if required.

Yes. It provides a smoother, more uniform surface that is easier to level and finish, reducing surface defects.

Yes. It is generally compatible with most commonly used cement types, including OPC and PPC. However, trial mixes are recommended before large-scale application.
