- Ideal for - Concrete surface
- Packing Size - 25 kg
Core Features
Improves Abrasion Resistance
Significantly enhances the wear resistance of concrete floors, protecting them from heavy foot traffic, trolley movement, and mechanical wear for a longer service life.Provides a Dust-Free and Durable Floor Surface
Reduces surface dusting by strengthening the concrete surface, creating a clean, low-maintenance, and long-lasting floor.Enhances Surface Hardness
Produces a dense, hard-wearing concrete surface that resists impact, scratching, and surface damage, making it ideal for high-traffic areas.
Suitable for Multiple Applications
Ideal for industrial facilities, warehouses, factories, workshops, garages, commercial buildings, parking areas, and residential concrete floors.
How to use
- Ensure the concrete surface is clean, sound, and free from dust, oil, curing compounds, or loose particles.
- Apply the non-metallic floor hardener as a dry shake over freshly poured, workable concrete.
Calculate and prepare the required quantity as per the recommended coverage.
Application
Light duty
Medium duty
Heavy duty
Consumption
3.5–4.0 kg/m2
4.5–5.0 kg/m2
5.5–6.0 kg/m2
- Sprinkle the hardener evenly (by hand or mechanical spreader) to ensure uniform coverage; work in sections for large areas.
- Allow the bleed water to evaporate.
- Float or trowel the surface to embed the hardener properly into the concrete.
- Finish with a hand, power, or steel trowel to achieve the desired texture, avoiding overworking.

Frequently asked questions
A Non-Metallic Floor Hardener is a dry-shake, cement-based surface hardener that is applied to freshly laid concrete to improve its hardness, durability, and abrasion resistance.
It is suitable for warehouses, factories, workshops, parking areas, garages, commercial buildings, residential floors, and other high-traffic concrete surfaces.
It increases surface hardness, improves wear resistance, reduces dusting, and extends the life of concrete floors.
It should be applied to freshly laid concrete after the surface water has evaporated but before the concrete has fully hardened.
Yes. It creates a dense, hard surface that significantly reduces concrete dusting.
Yes. It is designed to withstand heavy foot traffic, forklifts, pallet trucks, and other wheeled equipment.
It contains specially selected non-metallic hard aggregates, so it will not rust or cause rust stains on the concrete surface.
Yes. It is suitable for both interior and exterior concrete floor applications, depending on the project requirements.
Yes. By increasing abrasion and impact resistance, it helps protect the floor from wear and extends its service life.
Yes. Proper curing is essential to achieve maximum strength, hardness, and long-term performance of the hardened concrete surface.
