Core Features
Exceptional Strength & Long-Lasting Durability
Engineered to deliver superior load-bearing capacity and reliability
Moisture Resistance
Prevents water ingress and protects structural integrity.
Deep Penetration & Complete Gap Filling
Flows efficiently to fill voids and strengthen the substrate.
Quick & Reliable Application
Bonds firmly to concrete with fast and easy installation.
How to use
• Ensure the substrate is clean, sound, and free from dust, grease, and loose materials. Pre-wet the area and remove standing water.
• Gradually add the grout powder to clean water while continuously mixing until a smooth, homogeneous, flowable consistency is achieved.
• Pour the mixed grout directly into the core-cut opening, ensuring complete filling without air entrapment. For vertical applications, use formwork to contain the grout.
• Protect the applied grout from premature drying. Keep moist for at least 48 hours for optimal strength development.
• Clean tools and excess material with water before the grout hardens.

Frequently asked questions
It is a hydraulic cement-based grout designed to pour easily into gaps, remain dimensionally stable (non-shrink), and achieve high early and final strengths. It seals pipe penetrations and core-cut holes in concrete slabs and walls, preventing water ingress and providing durable structural support.
It is used for sealing pipe entries in basements, water tanks, utility slabs, and walls; for filling annular spaces created by core-cutting around pipes and conduits; for anchoring fixtures; and where waterproof, soil-tight, or load-bearing connections are needed in infrastructure
Clean all dirt, dust, loose concrete, and oil from the substrate. Set the pipe in the centre of the core, elevate if needed, and ensure the annular space (gap) is uniform; use preformed joint sealant below the pipe to ensure grout can flow and fill all sides (not just from the top or one side).
Mix as per instructions. Pour the grout in the gap evenly around the pipe. Consolidate and finish the grout flush to the surface.
These grouts are formulated for low permeability and provide effective water resistance for most plumbing, utility, and basement pipe entries
No. Cementitious grouts are non-shrink and engineered to resist drying cracks and settlement, ensuring permanent seals for structural and waterproofing durability.
Initial set is within hours, and full strength is reached in 7–28 days (per product TDS). Avoid loading the pipe/core area until final cure is achieved..
Yes—non-shrink formulations are suitable for vertical and overhead gaps when proper formwork and placement techniques are used.
Ensure surfaces are clean, dust-free, and moist. Avoid over-wetting the mix.
