How to use
• Ensure that the surface to be grouted is clean and free from dust, oil, and other contaminants.
• Mix the polymer modified cement grout with water according to the manufacturer's instructions
• Apply the grout using a grouting pump or a trowel, ensuring that all voids are filled.
• Compact the grout to ensure full penetration and to eliminate air pockets.
• Allow the grout to cure for the recommended time, keeping it moist and protected from excessive heat and cold.
• After the grout has cured, clean the surface and remove any excess grout using a grout sponge or a damp cloth.

Frequently asked questions
Polymer-based cement grout is a cementitious tile joint filler augmented with polymers for enhanced flexibility, bond strength, and water resistance.
It is typically used for grouting joints in ceramic, vitrified, mosaic, or natural stone tiles in bathrooms, kitchens, swimming pools, and outdoor areas.
Polymer additions improve water resistance, bond strength, flexibility, and durability, minimizing the chances of grout cracking, debonding, or water penetration.
- Sanded grout: Preferable for joint widths greater than 3 mm due to reduced shrinkage and higher strength.
- Unsanded grout: Best for narrow joints (< 3 mm) and delicate surfaces.
Polymer grout offers superior water resistance compared to regular cement grout, but some situations (like swimming pools) may require further sealing or epoxy grout for complete waterproofing.
Mix the specified amount of water (typically 300–350 ml per kg) with grout powder until a lump-free paste forms; allow the paste to rest for 30 minutes before application. Apply with a rubber float or squeegee, then clean excess with a damp sponge before final hardening.
