Core Features

High Bond Strength & Load-Bearing Capacity

Ensures strong adhesion between blocks, delivering durable and stable masonry structures.

No Water Curing Required

Eliminates the need for post-application curing, saving time, effort, and water.

Flexibility & Impact Resistance

Absorbs minor movements and shocks, reducing the risk of cracks and structural issues.

Thin Jointing (2–5 mm)

Reduces material consumption compared to conventional mortars while maintaining precision and strength.

Fast Application & Long Working Time

Allows easy block placement with efficient workflow, suitable for both speed and accuracy.

Interior & Exterior Suitability

Engineered for versatile use in both indoor and outdoor blockwork applications.

How to use

• Mix powder with clean water as per the specified ratio (typically 3:1 by volume or as the manufacturer specifies) to a lump-free, thixotropic paste.

• Apply with a trowel in 2–5 mm thick beds. Place the block and tap gently for alignment.

• Clean excess adhesive immediately from block edges and tools.

• Ready for plastering or further application after ~24 hours.

Frequently asked questions

It is a cement-based bonding mortar designed for laying concrete blocks, AAC blocks, hollow blocks, fly ash bricks, and other masonry units, offering strong adhesion with thin jointing layers.

Block adhesive typically requires thinner joints (2–5 mm vs. 10–12 mm for mortar), provides higher bond strength, better crack resistance, and faster setting times with improved water retention.

Suitable for AAC blocks, concrete blocks, cement mortar blocks, fly ash bricks, cellular concrete blocks, hollow blocks, and similar masonry materials.

Usually 2 to 3 mm thick to maintain thermal insulation and structural continuity without voids.

The powder adhesive is mixed with clean water to a paste consistency and applied with a toothed trowel on block surfaces. Blocks are then pressed and aligned, ensuring the adhesive layer doesn't dry before placement.

Initial setting is around 30 minutes to 1 hour, final setting around 8–10 hours, with full strength typically achieved in 7 to 28 days.

Usually not mandatory due to self-curing properties, but moist curing in hot climates can improve bond quality.

Yes, cementitious block adhesives are formulated to perform well in hot weather with good water retention and resistance to shrinkage cracks.

Ensure surfaces are clean, dust-free, and moist. Avoid over-wetting the mix. Use within the pot life (usually 1–2 hours) to maintain adhesion.

High bonding strength, reduced joint thickness, crack resistance, faster construction speed, lighter weight, and enhanced durability of masonry walls.
